About the Artist and Author

Paula Billups is a visual artist and author who works primarily in painting and collage. Her work is in numerous private and public collections in the United States and Europe. Most recently she has exhibited in Luxembourg, Berlin, Toronto, and Havana. As her work began to incorporate more written elements, she established her imprint, Dragon Food Press, in 2015.
